I called Element on Wednesday afternoon when I realized my water heater wasn’t working and was leaking. They came out in 1 hour which was incredible! Right away they knew... Explore more what was wrong, gave me a quote and all the details. Thursday morning I called the office and got scheduled for an appointment the same day. They arrived early afternoon and got us a new, working water heater in a few hours! They cleaned up really well and were super professional. The plumbers that worked on our heater were called Robert and Joey and I’d recommend them for any plumbing work! The other thing that I was thankful for is that their quote actually matched what we paid!

My water heater went out and Joe came by to inspect it. He identified that the 23 year old heater could not be repaired. My landlord... To my surprise Joe was back within an hour with a state of the art electric water heater and had it fully installed within a couple hours. Kudos to him and Element Plumbing.
