Nasty smells but the technicians repaired quickly and cleaned up area

Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and took care of the issue in a timely manner. The office communication was good and the job was done well.

During a cold snap, we were among many who suffered from frozen sewer pipes. Even though overwhelmed with requests for service, Element Plumbing made time for us. The plumber they... The job was far more extensive than he first thought, but he fixed all that was needed, even resetting our toilet seat the following day. I will use no other plumbing service. They are the best.
