Roy was our Knight in shining Armour! We had no water in the house and Roy came out on Sunday morning to evaluate. We needed a new pump... Explore more and he had it to us on Monday morning. It was a lengthy install as we also added a water softener to the system. It was a complicated situation and he patiently worked through it and coming out later in the evening to explain the system to us. We live in a rural area south of Pagosa Springs so his work is so appreciated, thank you Roy for going the extra mile!

We had our gas shut off by the utility company after they found a leak downstream of their meter. I called Element and Joe arrived about an hour later. After... Explore more spending a few hours testing all of the lines in our crawl space we determined that the issue was on the buried line under our concrete patio. Joe and I discussed a plan to replace the line and replumb the gas system. Joe, came back with Tom and Roy and installed the new piping. They were quick and professional and worked hard to get our heat back on. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
