My water heater went out and Joe came by to inspect it. He identified that the 23 year old heater could not be repaired. My landlord... To my surprise Joe was back within an hour with a state of the art electric water heater and had it fully installed within a couple hours. Kudos to him and Element Plumbing.

Explore more Barnard was here the next day. Worked up a very fair quote and was back two days later to do the work. Roy is an outstanding, very experienced plumber who cares about his customers. There were plenty of challenges repiping a 20 year old house and Roy solved every issue with great solutions He also did a great cleanup after the job. We had our gas shut off by the utility company after they found a leak downstream of their meter. I called Element and Joe arrived about an hour later. After... Explore more spending a few hours testing all of the lines in our crawl space we determined that the issue was on the buried line under our concrete patio. Joe and I discussed a plan to replace the line and replumb the gas system. Joe, came back with Tom and Roy and installed the new piping. They were quick and professional and worked hard to get our heat back on. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
