I help manage both Teton Mtn. Lodge and Hotel Terra. Within one week, we needed Element to help us with two massive projects. The TML main water line... Explore more needed to be replaced, which was 100 feet of 8" steel piping. This project was an emergency and Element dispatched a large crew from out of state and adjusted other jobs to replace the line. They were able to complete a 2-week job in two nights (overnight), which was a Hurcelean task! At Terra, we had a drain crack, which flooded a unit below and they came out and immediately fixed the drain and saved us from having to move guests out of our hotel, into another hotel since we were at 100% occupancy. Shout out to the crew I met on both jobs, Steve, Anthony, Dustin, Tom and Drew!!!
