Explore More through their diligence and hard work they found that our pipes were leaking. Nick provided us with important information regarding replacing our outdated galvanized pipes. Lucky for us they caught this now or the situation could have been far worse. We are very pleased with the expertise and excellent customer service; Element Plumbing is our go to for plumbing needs and we highly recommend them.

I help manage both Teton Mtn. Lodge and Hotel Terra. Within one week, we needed Element to help us with two massive projects. The TML main water line... Explore More needed to be replaced, which was 100 feet of 8" steel piping. This project was an emergency and Element dispatched a large crew from out of state and adjusted other jobs to replace the line. They were able to complete a 2-week job in two nights (overnight), which was a Hurcelean task! At Terra, we had a drain crack, which flooded a unit below and they came out and immediately fixed the drain and saved us from having to move guests out of our hotel, into another hotel since we were at 100% occupancy. Shout out to the crew I met on both jobs, Steve, Anthony, Dustin, Tom and Drew!!!

Steven and Tyler were great to work with. Our pressure valve broke on our hot water heater causing a bit of a flood. The guys were here within the... Explore More hour and had everything cleaned up and fixed after a couple of hours. Steven explained our options to us very thoroughly and was able to recommend a restoration company on the spot to help with the water damage. Highly recommend Element and will use them in the future.

Andrew (Durango) came out to fix a broken shower handle and change out the cartridge. He was on time, friendly, efficient, and did a GREAT job. Unfortunately, the service cost... Explore More $597.00. This is $200-$250 more than the HIGH end of what this service should cost. Getting anything repaired here in Durango comes with an unreasonable price tag. Not Andrews fault, and hopefully because he's great at what he does, we won't need to overpay anyone else to come out and fix it for a long time!
